Idra is a strong, intuitive woman descended from an ancient Earth bloodline. She is young and athletic, with ochre-painted cheeks and blonde hair worn in long warrior braids. One of her most striking features is her heterochromia: one green eye and one blue. She is usually dressed in a short-cut leather warrior outfit, bound with straps and darkened by use. Often barefoot, her feet are calloused and scarred from life in the desert.
As the living carrier of genetic memories passed down from the First Contact, Idra frequently experiences dreams and visions that prove to be rooted in real Proximan history. These insights allow her to form a bridge of understanding between human and alien — unlocking ancient knowledge and predicting danger. While initially dismissed by many in her tribe, she eventually earns their deep respect through bravery, insight, and kindness.
She becomes the emotional and spiritual guide for the group, even as conflicts threaten the unity of the mission. Her evolving connection with the Proximan emissary Tomaal carries a resonance that neither species fully understands — and may hold the key to the future survival of both worlds.
